Inside Sales Executive

 Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of proven experience in software sales, excellent English communication skills, and a strong ability to engage potential clients across various channels. You will play a key role in qualifying leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and engage inbound leads, assessing client needs and offering tailored software solutions
  • Conduct structured outreach via emails, calls, and virtual meetings to generate new business opportunities
  • Craft compelling proposals and bids to secure software projects
  • Implement a structured follow-up process to nurture leads and close deals efficiently
  • Understand client requirements and provide expert consultation on suitable solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals with a win-win approach
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track progress against targets
  • Provide insights on lead quality, market trends, and overall sales performance
  • Recommend strategies to optimize marketing and sales conversion rates
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in software sales, lead conversion, or business development
  • Min a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
