Inside Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of proven experience in software sales, excellent English communication skills, and a strong ability to engage potential clients across various channels. You will play a key role in qualifying leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and engage inbound leads, assessing client needs and offering tailored software solutions
- Conduct structured outreach via emails, calls, and virtual meetings to generate new business opportunities
- Craft compelling proposals and bids to secure software projects
- Implement a structured follow-up process to nurture leads and close deals efficiently
- Understand client requirements and provide expert consultation on suitable solutions
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals with a win-win approach
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track progress against targets
- Provide insights on lead quality, market trends, and overall sales performance
- Recommend strategies to optimize marketing and sales conversion rates
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in software sales, lead conversion, or business development
- Min a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
