Sales Executive

 Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on converting leads generated by our marketing team and engaging potential clients through freelancing platforms like Upwork. You will play a key role in expanding our global market presence, with a strong emphasis on the US and UK markets. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion & Client Engagement

  • Qualify and engage inbound leads from the marketing team.

  • Conduct outreach via emails, calls, and virtual meetings to assess client needs.

  • Implement a structured follow-up process to nurture and close deals.

Freelancing Platform Sales (Upwork, etc.)

  • Identify and engage potential clients on freelancing platforms.

  • Craft compelling proposals and bids to secure projects.

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.

Sales & Business Development

  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.

  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals efficiently.

  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track progress against targets.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns.

  • Provide insights on lead quality, market trends, and sales performance.

  • Recommend strategies to optimize marketing and sales conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or business development.

  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork is a plus.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
