Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on converting leads generated by our marketing team and engaging potential clients through freelancing platforms like Upwork. You will play a key role in expanding our global market presence, with a strong emphasis on the US and UK markets. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion & Client Engagement

Qualify and engage inbound leads from the marketing team.

Conduct outreach via emails, calls, and virtual meetings to assess client needs.

Implement a structured follow-up process to nurture and close deals.
Freelancing Platform Sales (Upwork, etc.)

Identify and engage potential clients on freelancing platforms.

Craft compelling proposals and bids to secure projects.

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Sales & Business Development

Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals efficiently.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track progress against targets.
Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns.

Requirements:

2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or business development.
