Were hiring a Web Developer to lead our digital presence and growth strategy. This is a high-impact role combining technical expertise, HubSpot mastery, and SEO-driven thinking. You'll drive performance, manage a small team, and work closely with marketing to turn strategy into results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize websites and landing pages.
• Own our HubSpot CMS (architecture, forms, automation).
• Lead and implement SEO strategy and technical audits.
• Track performance using GA, GSC, SEMrush, and similar tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams.
• Manage and mentor junior developers.

What Were Looking For

• 4-5 years of web development experience with a strong portfolio.
• 3+ years working in HubSpot CMS, CRM, and workflows.
• 3+ years of experience leading web or tech teams.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and analytics.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bonus: Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or back-end scripting (PHP, Python).
• Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, basic design, or web hosting/security.
