Human Resources Business Partner

 Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Karachi (onsite) and work closely with business leaders to drive people strategies, performance, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with technology leaders to align talent strategy with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead workforce planning, skills gap analysis, succession planning, and organizational design for critical roles.
  • Provide HR consulting and support on performance management, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Support change management initiatives and capability-building programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
  • Drive the rollout and adoption of HR programs, including performance management, learning, rewards, and recognition.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on talent development, retention, and workforce deployment across technology teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of overall HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in HRBP roles (preferably within the technology sector).
  • Strong knowledge of HR frameworks, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Expertise in employee engagement, organizational design, and change management.
  • Familiarity with technology workforce trends, skill requirements, and labor market dynamics.
