HR Operations Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to join our team on a 6-month contractual basis. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is eager to begin their HR career in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support and execute end-to-end HR operational activities, including:
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience
- Coordinate with relevant teams for user ID creation and system access for new joiners
- Prepare, maintain, and manage HR documentation, records, and filing systems
- Draft and send formal HR communications and emails to new joiners and employees
- Maintain and update HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage and monitor the attendance management system
- Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards for senior management review
- Ensure timely processing of final settlements, including experience letters and other exit-related documentation
- Support initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and engagement
- Assist with additional HR operational tasks as required to support business needs
Key Requirements
- Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
