Legal Counsel
Job Description:
Role Summary
The Legal Counsel will support the LRMA Legal Department by handling legal matters related to the company's regional operations and key Middle Eastern clients. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, mitigating legal risks, and providing timely, accurate legal guidance to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents for international operations.

Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in laws and regulations; advise stakeholders on compliance requirements.

Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on corporate, commercial, and international business laws.

Risk Mitigation: Identify potential legal risks in business processes and propose effective strategies to reduce exposure.

Client Support: Provide legal advice to business units managing key clients, ensuring alignment with local and international legal standards.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized and accurate records of all legal files, correspondence, and transactions.
Required Qualifications

Education: LLB required; strong preference for candidates with an International or External LLB.

Experience: 3-5 years experience in a corporate legal department or reputable law firm, preferably with exposure to commercial or international law.

Expertise: Strong foundation in Corporate Governance, Contract Law, and Commercial Regulations.

Time Zone Alignment: Must be able to work according to UAE/Saudi Arabia time zones.
