WHO WE ARE AND OUR SERVICE

Aso Ace Holdings Recruitment ("AAHR") is a provider of online services and platforms, that help users (employers and job seekers) with recruitment. 

We use third-party service providers, platforms and partner companies to manage and optimize the services in recruiting and hiring processes to help with achieving the goal of successful recruitment to rapport job seekers and prospective employers. 

Users (job seekers and prospective employers) agree to receive our services. 

Users keep the data confidential, obtained through our services that are not publically available and during the hiring process by any parties, solely to achieve employment and do not disclose or leverage it for any other purposes (non-disclosure agreement). Users may directly interact with each other during the hiring process. Users can make referrals to us.

We represent job seekers for 12 months after the date of submission to employers irrespective of positions. Employers will inform us of duplication and other remarks within 10 working days after the submission. 


We will follow the best practice of existing compliance, laws and the common business norms that may not be covered in the policy, and try our best to be faithful and compliant to the norms to provide safe and trustful services to users. 

We will not be liable for any damages or loss caused by malpractice or malicious accusations as such that are not the intentions of our services. Japan law and court will be referred and applied to, should claims or disputes arise.
