[Eligibility] Relevant work experience, bilingual (high business (N2+)/ native level of Japanese, and business level English). Applicants need to be able to work full time as an engineer in Japan at the time of application

General Job Description and Experience Needed:

PC & laptop maintenance

Installation of new desktop and laptop 

Setting up Windows profile 

Expert in Windows OS

Expert in Microsoft Office 365 suite 

Provide first and second-level support to end users via phone, chat, email, remote, and walk-in. 

Walk-up support for any incidents that required physical support 

Workstation relocation 

Manage IT asset inventory 

Printer server management: Creating/Adjusting printer queue. 

Updating drivers etc 

Share folders maintenance: Access management, free space maintenance. 

Data backup/restore 

Network cabling (LAN) Server management Internal/ external reporting etc

*Near native level Japanese language and business-level English is required for this position
