General Job Description and Experience Needed:
- Provide technical support services for all support tickets open by our customers for issues on VMC on AWS,
- Experience in providing technical support for multiple platforms. (Unix, Linux, Windows)
- Familiarity with Hypervisors (ESXi, Hyper-V, Xenserver, KVM, etc).
- Linux/Unix administration basic skills.
- Strong networking skills with a knowledge of NSX-T
- Extensive administration and support experience with Windows server operating systems, and workstation operating systems in large enterprise environments (thousands of systems)
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal, internal and external) and presentation skills.
- Quality, out-of.the box thinker who is open-minded, creative, intelligent, and self-confident.
- Team player that works well in collaborative situations and start-up-like environments.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Japanese and English min. business level
