We are currently seeking a highly skilled Java Tech Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. As the Java Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the development and implementation of Java-based applications. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Must Have:

• Years of programming experience in Java Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• API-Driven Development - Solid experience in RESTful and Microservices development.
• Experience of working in ORM frameworks like Entity, Hibernate, Dapper.
  Experience with Java Reactive Programming.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship

- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java-based applications

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions

- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

- Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and trends and implement them in projects when applicable

- Provide technical support and guidance to team members

- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members

- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development

- Proven experience in leading a team of developers

- Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, and related technologies

- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Java frameworks

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Experience with project management and delivery is a plus
