Essential Functions:

  • Provide AR support to hotel properties
  • Each Agent will support an average of 4-6 hotels, depending on size
  • Regularly contact customers, primarily via phone and e-mail regarding their open invoices with the hotel
  • Provide duplicate invoice copies as needed
  • Resolve customer billing disputes and/or escalate to supervisor/hotel as needed
  • Some research and reconciliation may be needed
  • Provide a high level of customer service to both our external and internal customers
  • Promptly respond to all inquiries
  • Other duties as may be assigned by supervisors
  • Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs
  • Monday-Friday working and 8 hours, plus an hour off for lunch, somewhere between 7:00 AM7:00 PM, with weekend work on rare occasions
  • Participation in employee events, onsite meetings, hotel visits and industry conferences are expected.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years customer service, administrative or accounting experience
  • Above-average written and oral communications skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite Experience
  • Customer Service experience in one of the following industries a plus; Hospitality, Accounting or Commercial Oil & Gas
