ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE - $16+/hr

Hours: 8:00a - 4:30p ( Monday - Friday )

Some of the responsibilities and skills of this job are (not limited to):

  • Take orders, enter multiple orders hourly, determine any changes that must be made.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling or visiting.(point of contact)
  • Advise on order information.
  • Use telephones and email to reach out to customers and verify order information.
  • Cancel or change orders.
  • Listen and respond to customers needs and concerns via phone, email, mail, or in person.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Place or cancel orders to venders.
  • Provide information about products offered by CGD.
  • Handle product complaints.
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
  • Schedule deliveries.
  • Act as the company gatekeeper.
  • Suggest solutions with a product malfunction.
  • Work with CGD staff to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Review or make changes to customer account details.
  • Create, manage and organize files.

Effective, warm and professional verbal and non-verbal communication.

Highly organized.

Typing including 10 key

Punctuality and reliable source of transpiration

Filing

Ability to ask relative questions.

Ability to be attentive.

Knowledge of different industry products.

Knowledge of where services and products are available from.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
