Job Summary:

Provide administrative support to our professional staff during the tax season (until mid-April). This role involves a variety of tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and translation.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry using Excel, Word, and PDF software

  • Filing, organizing, and managing documents

  • Preparing documents such as letters, reports, and presentations

  • Translating internal documents between Japanese and English

  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States 

  • Fluent in both Japanese and English (reading and writing)

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDF software

  • Previous office work experience is required

Work Schedule:

  • Less than 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM

  • Overtime may be required as needed

  • Work schedule is generally fixed, but we offer flexibility for school events, childcare needs, etc.

Compensation:

  • $20 per hour
