About the job Engineering Service Technical Support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and troubleshoot equipment, maintain high customer satisfaction, and perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on diagnostic imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Electrical, Firmware, and Production Engineering teams.

- Generate and update engineering documentation, departmental procedures, and flowcharts.

-Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

- Repair diagnostic imaging equipment specific to your skillset.

- Complete documentation, including field service tickets, QA forms, and inspection reports.

- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and system verifications.

-Provide on-demand phone and on-site support.

- Learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment functionality for preventative maintenance.

- Accurately document all service activities according to Company Quality Standards.

- Clarify customer requirements and technical issues with customers and the sales force.

- Work with sales and operations on customer-specific site and technical issues.

- Maintain inventory integrity through proper handling, inspection, and warehousing.

- Support company-wide initiatives, policies, and procedures, including Quality Management System maintenance.

- Submit field service reports timely and according to functional standards.

- Communicate with account managers regarding services provided.

- Manage and maintain company assets required for job functions.

- Willingness to travel and drive to various sites; some travel may require flying and overnight stays.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
