Position: Bilingual Inbound Tour Coordinator
Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid)
Job Description:
As an Inbound Tour Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to plan and coordinate land arrangements within the United States for our Japanese clients. This includes tasks such as booking accommodations, transportation, and activities. Additionally, you may be required to assist with airport transfers and hotel check-ins.
Responsibilities:
- Land Arrangement Planning: Develop comprehensive land arrangements for Japanese clients visiting the United States, including accommodations, transportation, and activity bookings.
- Airport Transfers and Hotel Check-ins: Assist clients with airport transfers and hotel check-in procedures.
- Itinerary Planning: Create detailed itineraries based on clients' preferences and interests, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Reservations: Book accommodations, transportation, and other travel arrangements.
- Activities: Research and arrange a variety of activities, including sightseeing tours, dining experiences, and cultural events.
- Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients, both in English and Japanese, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the tour.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive travel documents and itineraries for clients.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Japanese is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Previous experience in inbound tour coordination, with a focus on US land arrangements, is required. 3+ years of experience is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail is essential for ensuring accurate and comprehensive travel arrangements.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Working hours:
- Full-time: 9:00~18:00 (Monday-Friday)
- Part-time: 9:00~14:00 (Minimum 4 days per week including Mondays. Other schedules can be discussed.)
