Job Summary

The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the insurance agency, ensuring efficient office management, operational compliance, and exceptional customer service. This individual will act as a key support to the agency owner by supporting the president and customers, optimizing workflows, and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies management.

  • Maintain organized and efficient office procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies.

  • Manage and update agency records, systems, and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.

2. Operations Oversight

  • Monitor and streamline workflows to maximize operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the agency owner to develop and implement strategies for growth and customer retention.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

3. Client Relations

  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Complete client applications and group forms.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction.

  • Oversee customer service standards, ensuring a seamless client experience.


Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 35 years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar role.

    • Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

    • Familiarity with insurance management software and CRM platforms preferred..
