SQAE /AQAL - Manual / Automation

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and execute test cases for both manual and automated testing.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure the product meets required benchmarks.
• Investigate, document, and verify issues with a detail-oriented, problem-solving approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Apply software testing best practices, methodologies, and tools while adhering to established quality processes.
• Adapt to shifting priorities in an Agile environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality and deadlines.
• Effectively manage time through strong planning and prioritization skills.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Embrace challenges and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing requirements.

Requirements:

• 05+ years of experience in quality assurance, including manual testing and automation testing. 
• Strong communication skills with experience in directly handling foreign clients.
• Primary involvement in manual testing, with a future focus on leading test automation initiatives.
• Experience in testing desktop applications, particularly plugins for PowerPoint, and expertise in test strategy development.
• Ability to drive and enhance project quality by recommending process improvements in collaboration with the QA team.
• Enthusiasm for learning automation, as the team will transition to automated testing in the future (although this is not a primary requirement at present).
