Technical Lead - React, NextJS & AWS

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js
• Build applications from scratch, including designing architecture and deploying to production
• Lead and manage development teams while directly engaging with clients to ensure project success
• Utilize AWS Cloud Native Services for application deployment, scalability, and reliability
• Implement and manage Docker-based environments for containerized applications
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline development workflows

Requirements:

• Proven experience with React and Next.js in production environments
• Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud-native deployment strategies
• Hands-on experience with Docker, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in leading teams, managing clients, and ensuring project deliverables are met
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and tools
