Android Developer (SSE / ATL / TL)

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to join an active mobile development initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, a solid understanding of Android architecture principles, and the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust, maintainable, and scalable Android applications based on defined requirements.

• Collaborate with product owners, backend teams, QA engineers, and designers to deliver end-to-end features.

• Ensure adherence to Android best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines.

• Contribute to technical design discussions and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Review and optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.

• Support production releases and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

• Effectively utilize AI tooling for engineering quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of professional Android development experience (SSE and above).

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin (experience with Java is an added advantage).

• Solid experience with Android SDK and modern architecture components.

• Strong understanding of MVVM, clean architecture principles and dependency injection and effective use of unit tests.

• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

• Hands-on experience with Git version control.

• Experience publishing applications to Google Play Store.
