We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to support the deployment, monitoring, and operational reliability of AI-powered systems in production environments.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with cloud infrastructure, monitoring and observability tools, and modern AI/ML workflows. Experience in DevOps practices would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment and operational management of AI/ML applications and services
  • Monitor AI systems using logs, metrics, tracing, alerting, and observability tools
  • Troubleshoot and debug AI workflows, pipelines, integrations, and runtime failures
  • Support scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure for AI-powered applications
  • Support prompt experimentation, version tracking, and A/B testing activities
  • Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to improve system reliability, performance, and automation
  • Support deployment pipelines and release processes for AI/ML services
  • Participate in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and production support activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in AI/ML operational processes and infrastructure

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in MLOps, AI infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related roles
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is required, while knowledge of other programming languages is a plus
  • Experience working with AWS cloud services
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Amazon CloudWatch and Datadog
  • Understanding of logging, metrics, tracing, monitoring, and alerting concepts
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and LLM-based applications
  • Experience with containers, APIs, and deployment pipelines
  • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
  • DevOps experience, particularly with CI/CD, containers, cloud deployments, and infrastructure automation, would be an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
