SSE/ATL - AI Engineer

In this role, you will use our cutting-edge Agentic AI platform to design and implement bespoke Agentic AI solutions that revolutionize our customers' software products.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Build: Design and develop custom, scalable Agentic AI solutions for a diverse range of clients using our Agentic platform.
• Collaborate & Consult: Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand their challenges, define requirements, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Implement Complex Workflows: Engineer reliable, durable, and resumable processes capable of running for extended periods in distributed production environments.
• Integrate & Innovate: Connect our AI agents with various LLMs, third-party APIs, and complex business logic to create seamless, intelligent systems.
• Lead & Mentor (for ATL level): Guide a team of engineers, manage project priorities, and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency in C# / .NET application development.
• Experience working with client-side frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Solid understanding of AI agent frameworks and AI assistant development.
• Good knowledge of workflow management systems (considered a strong advantage).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including direct interaction with international clients.

• Deep knowledge of asynchronous programming, system observability (logging/monitoring), and fault-tolerant design patterns
