This is an in-office role, in Vasai West 401202

Base LPA : 4.20 to 7.20 Lakhs PA

9 Figures Club Pvt Ltd is a dynamic company that builds profitable e-commerce brands and offers top-notch advertising solutions through their agency, Adex.

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of internal and client-based marketing projects.

Responsibilities :

• Review, analyze and strategize creative ideas with the team to reach company goals.

• Communicate with team members efficiently.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to look at a broader perspective.

• Deep understanding of digital marketing to be up to date with latest trends.

• Monitors and reports goals and insights through emails, phone calls and face to face meetings.

• Educates the staff members on strategies to produce engaging and interesting content.

Required skills and Qualification :

• Strong communication skills ( verbal and written)

• Leadership skills to be able to delegate tasks to team members

• Marketing experience, including email campaigns and advertising (such as Google AdWords)

• Should be a natural motivator and leader

• Must be able to delegate tasks with precision and good judgement.

Experience : 2-3 years in an advertising agency ( preferred )

Work Timings and Leave Policy

• Monday to Saturday ( 10 AM - 6 PM )

• Office Location: Vasai West, 401202

• Post probation 24 Paid leaves are allowed a year, which includes a compulsory 4-day block leave for self-care.
