Job Role : Accounting Expert ( Zoho Books )

We are looking for an experienced individual with expert skills to manage financial and oversee financial transactions.

Responsibilities :

• Should be able to utilise in-depth knowledge to manage all aspects of company accounts such as invoicing, payments and expenses, payments and expenses within Zoho Books.

• Should have a strong sense of attention to detail to ensure safety of company data.

• Knowledge on Tally Prime, Zoho Books

• Should be able to update financial statements and assist in Budgeting and Forecasting processes.

• Generate and Analyse Financial Reports using tools on Zoho Books.

• Needs to stay updated on changes in tax regulations, accounting standards to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.

• Should be able to perform month-end and year-end closing procedures including reconciling accounts and making adjustments as needed.

Required skills and Qualification :

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven accounting experience in Zoho Books

• Ability to Communicate effectively and work well in a team environment as well as individually.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Work Timings and Leave Policy

• Monday to Saturday ( 10 AM - 6 PM )

• Office Location: Vasai West, 401202

• Post probation 24 Paid leaves are allowed a year, which includes a compulsory 4-day block leave for self-care.
