Jr. Performance Marketing Expert

This is an in-office role, in Vasai West 401202

Base LPA : 3.0 to 3.5 Lakhs PA

9 Figures Club Pvt Ltd is a dynamic company that builds profitable e-commerce brands and offers top-notch advertising solutions through their agency, Adex.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports and insights to drive continuous optimization.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify new opportunities for campaign growth and improvement.

• Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and implement data-driven optimizations to drive campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly with Meta (formerly Facebook Ads) and Google Ads.

• Solid understanding of digital advertising concepts, platforms, and tools.

• Proficient in data analysis using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Experience : 1-2 years ( preferably)

Work Timings and Leave Policy :

( Offering in office and remote flexibility )

• Monday to Saturday ( 10 AM - 6 PM )

• Office Location: Vasai West, 401202

• Post probation 24 Paid leaves are allowed a year, which includes a compulsory 4-day block leave for self-care.
