About the job Customer Support E-commerce Operations
This is an in-office role, in Vasai West 401202
Base LPA : 1.8 to 2.5 Lakhs PA

Responsibilities :
Excellent customer service etiquette which includes handling complaints, inquiries or other online product related issues.
Should be productive, efficient and good at resolving matters at hand.
Should be good at researching product details to answer questions about product shipping, any returns or exchanges.
Proactively provide information regarding pricing, availability, delivery options and order status including handling billing issues, return policies.
Providing customer support via email, phone, or social media channels.
Creating, maintaining and updating customer accounts as required.
Strong communication skills, the ability to understand customers needs and adhere accordingly.
Stay up-to-date on company policies and industry trends.
Required skills and Qualification :
High school Diploma or equivalent degree.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.( Fluent in English and Hindi )
Strong time management skills and ability to actively listen.
Ability to handle stressful situations with ease in a calm and professional manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel.
Proven Experience in ecommerce customer support.
Experience : Freshers and Experienced individuals can apply. Females, preferred.
Work Timings and Leave Policy
Monday to Saturday, daily 9 hours of working (10am - 7pm)
Office Location: Vasai West, 401202
Post probation 24 Paid leaves are allowed a year, which includes a compulsory 4-day block leave for self-care.
