We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Cloud Kitchen Operations Lead (Remote) to set up and manage a cloud kitchen from the ground up. This role is remote and based in Lebanon and requires full ownership of the startup phase, followed by ongoing operational management.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in restaurant launches, understands cloud kitchen operations, and can manage everything from supplier sourcing and inventory to menu execution and systems setup.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the full setup of the cloud kitchen, from concept to launch
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers (ingredients, packaging, kitchen needs)
  • Negotiate supplier pricing and manage cost structures
  • Build and manage ingredient lists, recipes, and preparation workflows
  • Define menu items, portioning, preparation standards, and costing
  • Set up inventory management systems, including stock tracking and reorder levels
  • Design and manage ingredient costing sheets and food cost controls
  • Coordinate kitchen setup processes and operational readiness
  • Support branding and digital setup by contributing to: Ingredient listings - Menu descriptions - Operational inputs for the landing page
  • Manage order flow, preparation timing, and kitchen efficiency
  • Monitor inventory usage, waste control, and supplier performance
  • Implement and manage restaurant software systems related to: Inventory tracking - Ingredient costing - Supplier pricing and comparisons
  • Set up staff schedules, workflows, and performance standards
  • Continuously optimize operations for efficiency, cost control, and scalability

Requirements

  • Based in Lebanon
  • Proven experience setting up or managing a restaurant or cloud kitchen
  • Strong background in supplier sourcing, inventory management, and food costing
  • Experience with menu development and kitchen operations
  • Background in nutrition or food-related studies is a plus
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English
  • Hands-on, startup-oriented, and highly accountable
  • Ability to start immediately
