Prompt Engineer - AI

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Prompt Engineer (Remote) to design, develop, and implement advanced artificial-intelligence systems across our business operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI engineering, backend development, and system architecture, with hands-on experience deploying production-ready AI solutions that enhance automation, efficiency, and innovation.

This role requires both strategic vision and technical execution, bridging the gap between business requirements and scalable AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AI-driven solutions, from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into AI opportunities.
• Develop and integrate machine-learning, NLP, and computer-vision models into existing backend systems.
• Architect scalable data pipelines and APIs to support AI and analytics applications.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability for production environments.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks, LLMs, and APIs (OpenAI, Vertex AI, Azure AI, Hugging Face).
• Lead experimentation and prototyping to validate new AI concepts before deployment.
• Ensure compliance with data-privacy and security standards across all AI workflows.
• Mentor developers and analysts on AI implementation best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or backend development, including 2 to 3 years in AI/ML projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java, and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Expertise in API integration, database architecture (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) setups is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and English communication skills good spoken and written English is a must.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools is considered a plus.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with n8n or similar workflow-automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airflow).
• Experience with LangChain, OpenAI API, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Knowledge of data governance, MLOps, and model-deployment pipelines.
• Prior experience integrating AI into business operations, analytics dashboards, or customer-facing applications.
