With a strong focus on large-scale solar, wind, and hybrid projects, they are seeking an experienced Investment & Development Manager to drive new opportunities and deliver on their ambitious growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the origination, execution, and management of large-scale renewable energy projects (solar PV, wind, and hybrid systems).

• Develop and implement investment strategies, including opportunity identification, acquisition, and alignment with organisational growth and sustainability goals.

• Conduct due diligence on potential projects, encompassing financial feasibility, technical performance, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance.

• Structure and negotiate investment deals, supported by robust financial modelling and analysis.

• Oversee project development through design, construction, operations, and grid integration.

• Monitor market trends, policy changes, and regulatory developments to inform strategy and mitigate risk.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in the renewable energy sector, ideally across both investment and project development.

• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, including the design and construction of solar PV and wind projects.

• Advanced skills in financial modelling, project evaluation, and investment analysis.

• Demonstrated capability in risk identification and mitigation across market, regulatory, and technical domains.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure, negotiate and close complex transactions.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
