With over 45 years of industry experience and 25 years of recruitment experience, IBG specialises in business development, strategy and advisory, bid/tender support, and specialist recruitment. We're looking for a talented resourcer with strong experience in white collar engineering delivery or consultancy / advisory Australian market, across 1 or more of the civil construction, engineering, energy or mining sectors. Someone who knows the industry, understands the roles, and can spot great talent quickly and confidently.

This is a high-flexibility, work-from-home opportunity supporting two senior industry executives with deep networks, steady workflow, and a strong reputation across the transport infrastructure, energy and mining space. You'll be joining a small, upbeat team that enjoys what we do, keeps things positive, and is looking for someone who wants to have a bit of fun in the role while delivering real results.

We are particularly interested in people who are looking for engagement under their ABN/Pty Ltd with real flexibility in how you consult to us. We believe in sharing the love and are offering high level success driven revenue share under this structure.

We're looking for a person whose career shows role stability, and has referees who can attest to your sourcing skillset and self-driven nature.
