Global Service Delivery Manager: Finance experience is a must

5iveTech Recruitment is currently searching for a Global Service Delivery Manager/ Application Operation Support Manager for a Global Fintech company.

Please note:

This is a hypergrowth environment and we are looking for a proven Service Delivery application manager who can work under a lot of time constraints and be both hands on a strategic.

Must-haves(please only apply if you meet the criteria)

• Able to demonstrate that you have put together, run and oversee the successful deployment, monitoring and review of a Service Delivery (SD) programme. 
• Have been accountable for the end-to-end delivery of a program to meet the Firm’s needs with regards to Business Continuity (BC) arrangements, and responsible for customer relationships across their span of control. 

You must also demonstrate:

1. Should have a proven Service Delivery track record for a financial services firm (preferably with organisations that are cross-border in nature).
2. Knowledge of the Business continuity management systems – Requirements)
3. Initiate, build and sustain productive relationships.
4. Serve as an escalation point for concerns if/when they arise.

This is an office-based role in West London and you will need to work shift when required.

Salary is up to £70K plus bonus etc
