Job Description:
Responsible for providing CMS reports, assist in Operations and support the exchange manager.
CMS: Backend look at customer CMS and the person will look at data and present to Marios.
Understand how to exchange work. What Audit book, Buy and sell the book. How many trades per day, How many sell order. History at the backend and understand, reconcile on paper.
Expert of backend and frontend user. Should be the right hand of new feature and new development. Business owner. Test it as a power user.
Every two days or so check the website to see they perform, operational.
Go on miners, see trends, what's happening in the world.
CMS should be able to see yesterday withdrawal and know outliers. Unusual activities.
Reconciliation reports(IT should have these options). Create summery to look at. Someone has to run every day and look at your own eyes.

Testing of new and existing deployment for the exchange – (Quality Assurance): Add some new feature of the trading platform, UI features on the website whatever user-facing and outgoing email. Functionality. Anything new need to Quality
Provide reports to the management (Financial, User related, Trading/Revenue)
Gather and analyse data from the websites or Apps for making informed decisions (KPIs).
Monitoring other exchanges and crypto-related websites for major changes, new coins/tokens, news and offers.

Provide Suspicious transaction reports on AML/CFT to the management and compliance teams.
Prepare summary and reconciliation reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Perform any other duty assign to me by the manager related to the performance of the websites, exchange and Apps.
The candidate should have experience in similar roles, FX or crypto exchanges trading, and a good understanding of crypto and cryptocurrencies.
