Client Services Executive - £25,000 - £28,000 plus bonuses
My client is an international Asset Management company who have opened a new office in West London, and are seeking a Mandarin Speaking Services Executive to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an environment for ambitious and hardworking career-oriented individuals who speaks Mandarin.
On a daily basis, you will assist high net worth individuals and investors help account opening, deposit enquiries, and account enquiries. You will engage with investors on phone, email, and online chat.
REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE
High levels of customer services experience
Fluent (or strong conversational) Mandarin
Ability to work in a faced paced high pressure environment such as private investment
