CTO With Crypto

 Job Description:

CTO: Hands on and ideally worked in Blockchain or Crypto
We are currently looking for a hands on CTO/Lead Developer for a fast-growing Fintech company in London.

For this role you must have a varied background of as a developer, architect, and CTO. You will be the second in command to the CTO of the business and you will provide sound technical advise to developer, and rest of the team. 

Further to this, you should have a good background in C# or Java and still be able to dive in to the codes if necessary( there are lot developers in the team so it would not be necessary, however you should understand the codes).

Excellent leadership quality, project management skills as well as ability to sell idea to the executive team is important for this role. 

To summarise:
  • You must be a confident induvial with proven track record of working in a start-up environment leading large teams (in a hyper growth start-up)
  • You understand Blockchain, Cryptocurrency eco system and is able to provide technical expertise to the company
  • Be able to bring together all departments and project manage technical delivery of the platform
  • Excellent hands on technical ability including C# or Java
