Job Description

You contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, and increased sales by securing proofreading of copy in external and internal communications.

you are also responsible for publishing relevant global and local content on the local social channels and managing the channels in crisis situations.

You work toward aligned and cross-functional goals, driving Omni sales performance and customer eccentricity in all parts of your work.

Responsibilities:
Proofreading

> Based on global guidelines and brand tone of voice, proofread all translated copy and make necessary adjustments to secure a relevant message for customers in the local market.
> Proofread all SEO-related copy ensuring that the right keywords are used in the local language and through coordination with the global channel strategies, brand identity, tone of voice, playbooks, formats, and templates
> Closely collaborate with the Regional Production hub to understand the workload and deliver on time

Social Media Publishing


> Be fully immersed in the local daily social publishing plan to understand all global and local content that should be posted on local social pages(Facebook, Twitter)

> 
Publish global and local content on local social pages(Facebook, Twitter)

> Point of contact for Customer Service and PR in case of negative customer engagement in social media and crisis handling. Involve relevant stakeholders to take actions accordingly.

> Coordinate with local Media specialists and global Social Media team to Help facilitate the best organic social plan

Local communications support

>
 Proofread internal communications material

> Write copy for internal communications related to store information, shop info, local customer communication needs etc

> Coordinate with store teams to secure correct facts and information

Analysis & Follow Up


> Set follow up KPIs and goals for organic social content

> Conduct analysis on how the organic social content performs and suggest recommendations or changes to organic content

> Drive the local needs related to organic content

> Drive the local needs related to organic social content reporting and share results and insights with relevant stakeholders on a weekly, monthly and quarterly level

Requirements:

>
Marketing or Copy degree/relevant qualifications- if not, at least 3 years of experience in copy and social content roles in agency or client side.

> Copywriter/proofreader as well as social channels experience from fashion retail and/ or creative agency

> At least 3 years of working experience in the above areas

>  Have experience handling fashion copy and translations for digital channels

> have experience from managing organic social media accounts for the biggest social platforms

> Have experience from coordinating with many stakeholders and team

> Used to writing about fashion
