Key responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support to all users in Singapore
  • Provide support through phone/email/service tickets to the users on desktop and voice issues
  • Install, test, and troubleshoot dealer board and audio/video telephony hardware
  • Perform morning system checks to ensure the systems are up-to-standard
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, computer hardware (and any other authorized peripheral equipment) and authorized software applications
  • Perform general preventative maintenance
  • Assist facility matters whenever and wherever necessary
  • Raise, update and close all support tickets regularly and promptly
  • Participate and implement in global projects
  • Communicate with team members regarding issues, procedures, and documentations

Key requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT Support / Desktop Support experience
  • In depth knowledge of Windows desktop technologies
  • In depth knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware
  • Intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and Internetworking Technology
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Voice & Communications and A/V Conferencing technologies
  • Knowledge of common Market Data applications and services
  • Fast learning and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to operate with minimal supervision and maintain professional attitude under stress
