About the job Team Assistant

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Organizes Company gifts for occasions (Wedding, birth of child, hospitalization and condolences)
  • Supports organizing the logistics, bookings, and invites of social events, including meeting room and venue bookings
  • Co-ordinate catering requirements for company wide events working with HR and Comms team
  • Supports senior managers in travel expenses and invoices
  • Raise Go To tickets to manage team distribution lists from onboarding /offboarding notifications
  • Records and manage contents of storage cabinet allocation
  • Photocopies scans and maintains records
  • Escalates issues to the office manager in a timely manner
  • Ensures databases and tracker documentation are regularly updated and accurate.
  • Suggest improvement ideas and digitize documentation.
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information professionally
  • Follows Standard Operating Processes (SOPs)
  • Supports Office Manager in ensuring cleanliness around the office and improvements around the office.
  • Covers receptionist when they are on leave
  • Supports in coordinating and training of fire drill evacuation
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time
