Job Description & Requirements
- Handle operations of front line duties at front desk
- Multitasking in guest services for room deliveries
- Responsible for the daily cashiering and to ensure a consistently high standard of guest service.
- Responsible for Information desk activities (including guest queries, information, mail and messages.
- Identify the person to whom he/she is speaking, the subject of the request and direct the guest accordingly
- Friendly person with the passion for guest services
- Training provided and career opportunities in hotel industry
