Job Description
1. Manage staff/worker attendance and leave application.
2. Compile and validate worker overtime claim.
3. Monitor the validity of worker work permit and arrange for medical checkup if any.
4. Perform scheduled inspection on worker dormitory in accordance with minimum housing standard.
5. Assist to conduct worker orientation, performance evaluation and confirmation.
6. Liaise and coordinate with HR on worker resignation and handover.
7. Compile and verify security patrol report, attendance record and monthly deduction.
8. Monitor and conduct security performance evaluation.
9. Perform scheduled inspection on security system to ensure its functionality.
10. Monitor and control the issuance of office supply.
11. Organize and maintain the department filing system.
12. Any other ad-hoc as assigned by your superior/management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
1. Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
2. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Application.
3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
5. Fresh graduate is most welcomed.
