JOB DESCRIPTION
General operative duties in this instance could include:
- C ompiles and arranges all the project documents (MDR) according to project requirement for on time submission.
- 3.1 Certificate Issuance & Creating 3.1 Certificate Mater List.
- Preparing MD Index according to approved IT & Standard IT to mee with project requirement.
- Manages the filing of project documents according to established system.
- Updating QC daily attendance.
- Updating daily reject report review for fitting.
- Applying of Daily Overtime for QC members.
- Updating of Vendor Evaluation daily data.
- Annual Leave & MC application for all Qc members.
- Ensures all MDR are compiled according to index and legiable.
- Weekly report updating.
- Updating daily Output & Input data for Spool & Fittings.
- Contact with other departments such as manufacturing, engineering, customer and third-party inspector.
- Any other duties as and when required by the immediate supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum SPM Qualification or equivalent.
- Able to read and write in English.
- Possess own transport.
