JOB DESCRIPTION

General operative duties in this instance could include:

  • C ompiles and arranges all the project documents (MDR) according to project requirement for on time submission.
  • 3.1 Certificate Issuance & Creating 3.1 Certificate Mater List.
  • Preparing MD Index according to approved IT & Standard IT to mee with project requirement.
  • Manages the filing of project documents according to established system.
  • Updating QC daily attendance.
  • Updating daily reject report review for fitting.
  • Applying of Daily Overtime for QC members.
  • Updating of Vendor Evaluation daily data.
  • Annual Leave & MC application for all Qc members.
  • Ensures all MDR are compiled according to index and legiable.
  • Weekly report updating.
  • Updating daily Output & Input data for Spool & Fittings.
  • Contact with other departments such as manufacturing, engineering, customer and third-party inspector.
  • Any other duties as and when required by the immediate supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum SPM Qualification or equivalent.
  • Able to read and write in English.
  • Possess own transport.
