About the job Admin Assistant

Job Responsibility

  • Assist the company in the day-to day administrative.
  • Monitor and provide clerical support.
  • To provide good internal and external customer service.
  • Generate delivery orders, invoices, documents, and system update.
  • Implement any ad-hoc instructions as relevant and required.
  • Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records
  • Liaise with suppliers on invoice, credit note & statement.
  • Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary
  • Prepare related monthly reports.
  • To handle other related tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/SPM preferred.
  • Have at least 2 years experience in Administrative field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Have experience in engineer administrator.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
  • High degree of initiative independent thinking, self-motivated, and positive working attitude.
