About the job Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Provide office administrative support; such as screening in-coming calls, front desk duties, handles and distributes incoming mails and invoices, liaise with Courier dispatch Services and office service providers
- Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day office operations
- Manage booking of meeting rooms and zoom ID requests
- Handle Office administration requests; such as liaising with Site IT for general office IT issues, stationary replenishment & procurement, manage & purchase pantry supplies.
- Assist in new hire on-boarding such as preparing the workstation, printing of name cards, liaise with Site IT for computer & telephone set-up.
- Assist in coordinating office events and managing the office & facilities maintenance.
- General support to visitors, contractors and service providers.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holders in any discipline.
- Must have at least 5 years of office management & administrative experience, with front office experience.
- A team player with high level of Integrity, responsibility and trustworthiness.
- Diligent, systematic and organized, independent and self-driven, with good communication skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
