Account Manager

Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team in Singapore. This candidate will be contributing to the company's growth and success by being effective in account management.


Responsibilities

• Be responsible for managing, servicing, up selling existing and new clients and/or accounts
• Retain clients and accounts through good customer service and customer engagement
• Establish and continue building rapport to improve client relationships
• Plan and forecast sales pipelines

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in managing accounts
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Proven track record in customer success and account management
• Possess understanding of the marketing/advertising industry
