About the job Admin Executive

  • Provide full general administrative support to our Group of Companies and the Directors
  • Front-Desk administration; receiving company guests and phone-call handling
  • Collate attendance/leave records and provide support on reporting on absenteeism and training
  • Booking of flights and accommodation for the Directors and company staff
  • Purchase and control office and marketing stationery and pantry supplies
  • Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and office equipment/assets
  • Responsible for the distribution of incoming mails and postage handling for outgoing mails
  • Prepare materials and collaterals for the Sales and Marketing Department
  • Coordinate company team-building and marketing events on a regular basis
  • Prepare admin and general expenses reports
  • Process and track HR-related benefits administration
  • Assist in onboarding/exit for staffs as administrator
  • Responsible for the office housekeeping including supervising the office cleaner
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Reporting Manager

Requirements

  • Min a Diploma in Business/ Management Studies
  • Min 2 years of relevant administration experience
  • Experience in flight booking and hotel arrangement is required
  • Proficient in MS Office word, excel and powerpoint
  • A bubbly and pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Must be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
  • An organized (systematic) and meticulous (pays attention to details) person
  • Willing to work at the front-desk reception
  • Able to start work within short notice
