Job description
Job Purpose:
Client Management To ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction by receiving incoming calls and Outbound calls in a professional manner.
Customer Relationship To provide end-to-end support to customers (walk-ins and phone calls), ensure the availability of committed products, and ensure on-time delivery.
Customer Retention Solve customers issues related to orders, pick-up, delivery, and quality.
Digital Marketing To manage SEO and Campaign activities in order to maximize ROI. Promote products through digital channels to secure growing revenue.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is an energetic with good communication skills who can take inbound and make outbound calls in a diligent manner. One who can manage SEO activities and SEM campaigns and build strong online presence.
Order Management
Answer "incoming or outgoing calls and provide chat support" about product availability, quality, order status, and delivery status.
Build constructive dialogues with customers and propose alternate product choices in the event of the non-availability of requested products.
Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
Digital Marketing
Perform SEO activities (keyword research, image optimization, organic traffic, conversion rates, user engagement, link building, web analytics tools, etc.).
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
Manage PPC campaigns across various digital platforms.
Track, report and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
Research and analyze competitor advertising link.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
Perform other duties as and when needed.
