Job Description

Support users on computer, printing, scan, desktop application including but not limited to:

  • User Account Administration
  • Office 365 User Administration
  • Wireless Access Points User Administration
  • Networking issues
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows client (PC desktop and notebook)

Install, upgrade and support for authorised applications such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, authorised Internet browser etc.

Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment

Maintain up-to-date IT asset inventory, asset labelling.

Support in internal reporting and authority reporting, when necessary, maintain/create appropriate documentation

Ensure computers are up to date to the latest patches.

Ensure third-party applications are up to date.

Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users' requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, enquiries, provide advice and follow-through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time to ensure the smooth operation of the end user needs and system availability.

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant IT hands-on experience (including device management).

Possess at least Diploma / Degree in IT or equivalent qualifications.

Experience with networks, Windows, and mobile devices systems.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Active Directory, as well as tools like Teams.

Meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently.

Good troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

Good interpersonal and customer-fronting skills.

Resourceful, meticulous, and a team player who can work well with all levels.

Possess a high level of integrity and self-driven personality.

Candidate must be willing to travel to site offices when require.
