Full Job Description
Full secretarial and administrative support to the CEO office for CEO and management team
Assist CEO on following up with action on matters which fall within the CEOs responsibility chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the CEO
Record retention, filing, updating, archiving information and documents
Maintain CEOs office systems, including data management and filing.
Diary and calendar management and scheduling, coordinating ad organizing internal and external business meetings
Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
Responsible for checking and coordinating meeting dates, meeting venue, notice and agenda of meeting
Manage, prepare reports and take accurate minutes of management meeting
Organize meetings and ensure that CEO is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
To handle all personal matters related to the CEO including running errands when required.
To undertake any other tasks / assignments assigned by the CEO from time to time.
