About the job Service Crew (Full-Time)/44 hrs per week
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service to each customer
Ensure no orders goes unnoticed or not picked up
Always perform the action items in the restaurant maintenance checklist
Respond to any customer enquiry or issue and/or seek on-duty manager assistance
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment to ensure positive customer experience
Assist in opening/closing procedures
Perform daily stocking and stock counting in accordance with daily stocktaking lists
Requirements:

Someone that loves to help, communicate, and serve others (both customers and team members)
Possess high organization skill to ensure smooth and timely order delivery and bill processing
Willing-to-do attitude
A team player who can jump in where needed
