Job Responsibilities: -

  • Provide administrative support for sales and ops team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Keep track of inventory and ensure accuracy of records
  • Perform documentation and filing duties
  • Generate and collate reports
  • Source for viable vendors and request for quotations
  • Liaise with vendors on projects and track project milestones to ensure timely delivery
  • Handle customer queries on all platforms including emails, tickets, chats and social media
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements: -

  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Meticulous, excellent record keeping and documentation skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Positive working attitude
  • Willing to learn new skills
  • Some background in IT helpdesk preferred
