Key responsibilities:
Develops compelling brand strategy and tactics with clear positioning and messaging
Develops and manages the marketing and content calendar and timelines
Achieves year-over-year growth as determined by executive team in key business areas
Owns the website and social media channels, create engaging content
Manages in-house and external creative, design and other resources to deliver timely and quality execution at the lowest cost
Manages budgets, paid media campaigns, process invoices and track payments
Develops and manages partnerships and alliances
Conducts timely analysis of marketing data, using the insights to adapt and revise the marketing strategy and tactics
Masters and improves systems and tools to achieve efficiency and effectiveness
