About the job Internship Customer Service Representative
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible to do annual order entry
2. Responsible to handle enquiries from customer
3. Responsible for order processing which includes contract review, orders entry, monitoring delivery from manufacturing site and prepare order acknowledgement to customer
4. Responsible to check inter-co invoices
5. Responsible to prepare monthly statistic of sales orders and comments
6. Responsible to update fabric performance
7. Responsible to do general filing in Sales Department
8. Responsible to do clerical work for Sales Support Department
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or its equivalent.
Good communication skills, details, and innovative mind.
Computer literate (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook).
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
